Real Gynecomastia is actually enlarged mammary gland and is caused by very high estrogen levels, so high that it is usually resulting from steroid or drug abuse or medical condition. This is actually quite rare apparently.

What about Gynexin For Real Gynecomastia?

Won’t work for real gynecomastia as the estrogen and breast reduction properties will not be strong enough.

These pills should be used by pseudo and mixed man boob sufferers as the natural estrogen reducing properties should be strong enough to enable you to lose man boobs without surgery or prescription drugs.

How To Lose Man Boobs: Mixture

This isn’t quite as clear cut because it depends on how much is gland and how much fat. My advice is get rid of all the fat by following the instructions for Pseudo-Gynecomastia then see how your chest looks.
